Wildlife Institute of India has invited applications for recruitment at the post of research biologist. The interested and eligible candidates can walk-in for the interview on March 2.

Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
The candidates applying for this post should have a Master's degree in Wildlife Sciences/Forestry/Forest Management /Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences having acquired at least 60 per cent aggregated marks from a recognised university.
The candidates having an experience in experience of wildlife/environmental concerns and management; proven field based aptitudes will be preferred. Those having willingness to work in difficult condition in remote area, computer skills for data management and analysis including statistics and GIS; proven experience and skill for writing popular articles/scientific papers/report, etc.
The candidates having PhD in relevant field will be given preference.
Age limit:
The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 35 years.
Emoluments:
Rs 35,000 per month.
Application Process:
The candidates willing to apply should walk-in for the scrutiny of documents on March 2 by 9:30 am sharp. Thereafter, an interview round will be held. The candidates are required to bring the duly filled applications with attested true copies of testimonials of educational qualifications along with certificate of extracurricular activities, date of birth, mark sheets of all examinations etc. All original documents/certificates must be  produced at the time of registration for necessary verification.
