Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:

1. Team leader: The candidate must have a MSW, MBA or MA  degree from a recognised university or institute.
2. Senior Engineer: The candidate must have a B.Tech with Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
3. Community Development Supervisor: The candidate must have a MSW, MBA or MA  degree from a recognised university or institute.
4. Junior Engineer: The candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
5. Accountant: The candidates must have a B.Com with Computerised Financial Accounting from a recognised university or institute.
6. Community facilitator: The candidates must have passed intermediate examination or must have a diploma degree from a recognised university or institute

Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the personal interview.
Pay scale:

1. Team leader: The candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 24,000 per month.
2. Senior Engineer: The candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 22,000 per month.
3. Community Development Supervisor: The candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 16,000 per month.
4. Junior Engineer: The candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 15,000 per month.
5. Accountant: The candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 12,000 per month.
6. Community facilitator: The candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 9,000 per month.

• Candidates should have post graduate qualification in social science/economics/ statistics with experience in research projects
