Educational qualification:
  1. Supervisor Technical Operations (Printing): The candidates should have completed B.E/ B.Tech in the field of Printing, Mechanical, Paper, Electronics or any equivalent discipline with a First Class Degree. Candidates with exposure to ERP/SAP will be given preference over the others
  2. Supervisor Technical Operations (Mechanical): Candidates should have completed their B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a university approved by AICTE. Candidates with exposure to ERP/SAP will be given preference over the others.
  3. Junior Office Assistant: Candidates should have completed their graduation with at least 55 percent marks and should be able to type in English and Hindi @30 wpm.

  • Junior Office Assistant: 28 years

Pay scale: 
  • Supervisor Technical: Rs 12,300-25,400 plus other allowances

Eligibility-

For Project 1:

Supervisor-
  • The applying candidate should be a graduate preferably in Science from a recognised university/ institute.
  • Should have five years of experience in the field of conservation of documents and knowledge of computer operation.

Preservation Assistant-
  • The applying candidate should have passed class 12th and certificate or diploma in conservation of archival heritage from reputed institution/ organisation with 2 years of experience in the field of conservation of archival heritage.

Conservation attendants-
  • The applicant should have passed class 10th and be a trained person in the field of conservation of documents.
  • Should have one year experience in the field of conservation of documents.

For Project 2:
Supervisor-
  • The applying candidate should be a graduate in science from a recognized university/ institute with certificate/ diploma/ degree in the field of conservation of archival heritage from a reputed institution/ organization.

Preservation Assistant-

Helpers-
