Employment on at Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh for stenotypist, stenographer & other posts

The Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HSLSA), Chandigarh has published an employment notification for steno-typist, stenographer and personal assistant posts.
Vacancies
Total Posts: 4
Name of the Posts:
  1. Personal Assistant - 1 post
  2. Steno Typist - 2 posts
  3. Stenographer - 1 post

Pay Scale:
  1. For Post I - Selected candidates would get a pay band of Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 with a grade pay of Rs 1900 per month.
  2. For Post II - Selected candidates would get a pay band of Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 with a grade pay of Rs 3200 per month.
  3. For Post III - Selected candidates would get a pay band of Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 with a grade pay of Rs 3600 per month.

ELIGIBILITY
Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant must be 42 years and minimum must be 18 years.
Educational Qualification: Eligible and Interested candidate should have completed graduation in any of the related fields along with 80 wpm in English shorthand and 15 wpm in transcription of the same.
Selection Procedure: Refer to notification from the official website.

How to apply: Those interested are required to apply through application on plain paper with recent photograph of candidate affixed thereon along with attested copies of the relevant certificates and must be sent to 'Member Secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh'.

Himachal Pradesh High Court hires for 30 posts 2014

The High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla is recruiting for 30 vacant posts of Judgment Writer (Class-III), of Steno-Typist (Class-III), Steno-Typist (Class-III). Interested and eligible candidates have to send their job applications latest by May 12, 2014.
Vacancy details:
Total vacancies: 30 posts
1. Judgment Writer (Class-III): 18 posts
Type of recruitment: Contract basis
  • Pay Scale: Rs 10300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 3800(or revised Grade Pay) per month; on fixed contractual emoluments per month.
  • Age limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 45 years of age as on 1 January 2013.
  • Education: The candidate should be a graduate from a recognised university and have typing speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 words per minute on computers.

2. Steno Typist (Class-III): 10 posts
  • Pay Scale: Rs 5910- 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2000per month with initial start of Rs 8240 per month.
  • Age limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 45 years of age as on January 1, 2013.
  • Education: The candidate should be a graduate from a recognised university and have typing speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 words per minute on Computers.

3. Steno Typist (Class-III): 2 posts
Type of recruitment: Contract basis
  • Pay Scale: Rs 5910- 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2000 per month; on fixed contractual emoluments per month.
  • Age limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 45 years of age as on January 1, 2013.
  • Education: The candidate should be able to type with a speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 words per minute on computers.

Selection procedure:
  • The candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the Interview.

Application fee:
  • The candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 200 (Rs 150 for reserved category candidates) through a crossed Demand Draft/ IPO drawn in favour of 'Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh', payable at Shimla.
How to apply:
  • Interested and eligible candidate are required to send their applications along with fee DD/IPO in original and copies of all relevant certificates/documents/testimonials to the office of the concerned district and sessions judges, where the candidate resides, in the State of Himachal Pradesh by post.
  • The envelope carrying the application should be superscribed: Application for the post of (Name of the post applied for).
