Central Water Commission (CWC) has invited applications for the recruitment of candidates to 40 posts. The interested and eligible candidates must send in their applications within one month of the notification

Eligibility criteria
  1. Educational qualification: The candidates applying for the posts must have passed matriculation qualification or ITI or any other equivalent examination from a recognised board, university or institution.
  2. Age limit: The candidate must be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years.
  3. Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written examination and a personal interview.
  4. Pay scale: The candidates will be given a salary in the pay scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 1800.
  5. How to apply: The candidates applying for the above posts must send their applications in a typed/hand written format, on an A4 size paper. The candidates must state the name of the post and the code along with the candidateĆ¢??s basic details and information. The candidates must attach the attested copies of the documents along with an attested passport size photograph.
  6. Important dates : The candidates must send in their applications within one month of the notification

Pay Scale

The Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation has invited applications for recruitment for its various vacant posts. 
The Ministry of Water Resources is responsible for laying down policy guidelines and programmes for the development and regulation of country's water resources.

  1. Outboard engine driver - 6 posts
  2. Electrician grade II - 2 posts
  3. Mechanic grade II - 2 posts
  4. Carpenter grade II - 1 post
  5. Skilled work assistant - 29 posts
Pay Scale:
  • For Post I to IV - Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 per month with grade pay of Rs 1900.
  • For Post V - Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 per month with grade pay of Rs 1800.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Age Limit: Applicants' age limit should be minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as per the organisation rules.
  • Educational Qualification: All interested candidates should have completed matriculation or ITI or equivalent from recognised board or university and must possess a valid license in motor board/outboard engine driving. He should also have a one-year relevant practical experience.
  • Selection Procedure: An interview and a trade test would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
  • How to apply: All eligible and interested candidates should send their applications neatly typed/hand written on A4 size paper on single size (Hindi or English) duly supported with attested copies of certificates and affixing a recent passport sized photograph on the application.
