Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
  • Private Secretary: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent. He/she should possess a speed of 100 words per minute in stenography, either in English or in Hindi.
  • Personal Assistant: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University or equivalent. He/she should possess a speed of 100 words per minute in stenography either in English or in Hindi.
  • Assistant: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent. He/she should have at least two years of experience in Administration and Accounts, who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training Management or equivalent and possess three years of experience in cash, accounts and budget work.
  • Data Entry Operator: The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent and should have a typing speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.
  • Upper Division Clerk: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent. The candidate must have at least two years of experience in Establishment or Administration or Accounts.
  • Lower Division Clerk: The candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent. The candidate must have some experience in administration.
  • Staff Car Driver: The candidate must be a matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognised board. He/she should possess a valid driving license for motor cars.
  • Age limit: The candidate should not be more than the age of 56.

Pay scale:
  • Private Secretary: Rs 9,300 to 34,800 with a Grade Pay of Rs 4,600
  • Personal Assistant, Assistant, Data Entry Operator: Rs 9,300 to 34,800 with a Grade Pay of Rs 4,200
  • Upper Division Clerk, Staff Car Driver: Rs 5,200 to 20,200 with a Grade Pay of Rs 2,400
  • Lower Division Clerk: Rs 5,200 to 20,200 with a Grade Pay of Rs 1,900
