Haryana School Teachers Selection Board, Panchkula has invited application for recruitment of 5765 Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) Vacancies.

Pay Scale: Rs 9300-34800 (PB-2) with a grade pay of Rs 4800
Educational qualification:
  1. PGT Computer Science: Candidates should have completed M. Sc. In Computer Science (Regular two year course)/MCA (Regular three year course)/B.E./B. Tech. Computer Science/Computer Engg./IT (Regular Course) with 55 per cent aggregate marks from a recognised university.
  2. PGT Music: Candidates should have completed M.A. in Music with at least 50 per cent marks and B.Ed. from recognised university.
  3. PGT Fine Arts: Candidates should have M.A. in Fine Arts with at least 50 per cent marks and B.Ed. from recognised university
  4. PGT Computer Science (MWT): Candidates should have M. Sc. In Computer Science (Regular two year course)/MCA (Regular three year course)/B.E./B. Tech. Computer Science/Computer Engg./IT (Regular Course) with 55 per cent aggregate marks from a recognised university.
  5. PGT Music (Mewat Cadre): Candidates should have M.A. in Music with at least 50 per cent marks and B.Ed. from recognised university
  6. PGT Fine Arts (Mewat Cadre): Candidates should have M.A. in Music with at least 50 per cent marks and B.Ed. from recognised university

Age limit: The candidates age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years of age.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs 500 for General Category & DESM/DFF General Category Candidates and Rs 125 for Scheduled Castes/Backward Classes/Ex-Service Men/Women Candidates. The fee should be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India 48 hours after registration of online application form with CDAC, Mohali

Selection process:
The candidates short listed on the basis of their applications will be called for an interview; thereafter the final decision will be made. At the time of the interview, the candidates are required to bring along the original as well as attested documents and passport size photographs.
Salary:
  1. PGT: Rs 1,100 per day
  2. TGTs, Domestic Science Teachers, Drawing Teachers, Physical Education Teachers, Band Masters and Senior Librarians: Rs 1, 050 per day
  3. Assistant Teachers, Nursery Teachers, Junior Librarians, Jr.Music Tr.: Rs 850 per day
  4. IT Assistants: Rs 775 per day
  5. Lab Assistants: Rs 720 per day
