Eligibility: 

• Executive Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with Diploma in Computer Application
• Nirman Sahayak: Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Samiti Education Officer (Direct recruitment): Graduate with Post Graduate or B.Ed degree or Graduate with three years relevant teaching experience.
• Samiti Education Officer (by Selection): Sahayika/Sahayak of Sishu Shiksha Kendra, Samprasarika/Samprasarak of Madhyamik Shiksha Kendra, Academic Supervisors of Sishu Shiksha Kendra/Madhyamik Shiksha Kendra or similar officer with relevant educational qualifications
• Date Entry Operator & Clerk-cum-Typist: Passed Madhyamik exam from WBBSE or equivalent qualification with minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in English and 20 wpm in Bengali and one year of relevant work experience for data entry operators.
• Age Limit for all the posts is minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on January 1, 2014

Selection procedure:

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in an open competitive exam, that will include written test and Interview, to be conducted by the District level Selection Committee, Nadia.
• All documents will be verified before appointment.
• Initially all appointments will be done on temporary basis.

• Accounts Clerk: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University.
• Clerk-cum-typist: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University and having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.
• Data Entry Operator: Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University & having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English & 20 words per minute in Bengali with minimum 3 months formal training in using personal computers from any institution recognised by the State Govt. or the Central Govt. or State Council of Technical Education or All India Council of Technical Education and should also have a minimum speed of data entry of 6000 key depressions per hour.

• Nirman Sahayak: Rs.9000-40500 + GP Rs.4400/-
