The Office of the District Judge, Nayagarh has invited applications for recruitment at various posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply latest by July 31.

  1. Stenographer (Grade - III): 4 posts
  2. Junior Clerk -cum- Copyist: 11 posts
  3. Junior Typist: 3 posts

Group 'D' posts
  • Peon: 5 posts
  • Sweeper: 1 post

Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
Group 'C' posts:
The candidates applying for either of the group 'c' post category are required to have completed their class 12th.
The candidates should possess a diploma in computer application. Besides, the candidates should have passed stenography and typing from a recognised university. The candidates should have a speed of 80 words per minute for short hand and 40 words per minute for typing. Also, the candidates should have qualified a test in Odia language.
Group 'D' posts:
  • The candidates applying for either of group'd' posts are required to have qualified class 8th.

Age limit:
  • The candidates belonging to group 'c' should be between 18 and 32 years. 
  • The candidates belonging to group 'd' should be between 18 and 37 years.

Selection process:
  • The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the written test and skill test to be followed by an interview.

Exam fee:
  • The candidates are required to pay an examination fee of Rs 100.

How to apply:
In order to apply, the candidates are required to send their bio data and duly filled application forms to the "Office of the District Judge, Nayagarh, At P.O. Nayagarh, Dist. Nayagarh - 752 069". The candidates should send the attested copies of testimonials/certificates relating to educational qualifications, date of birth, experience, category (SC/ ST/ OBC), etc. and two recent passport size photograph along. Also, postal stamps of Rs 30 each should be affixed on both the self-addressed envelopes.
