NVBDCP has announced vacancies for 15 posts

Directorate of National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP) has invited application for recruitment to 15 posts of insect collector and telephone operator at Delhi and other places. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement.

10. Telephone Operator: one post (at H.Q.-Delhi)

Pay Scale: PB-I of Rs.5200- 20200 with GP of Rs.1900 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Insect Collector: Higher Secondary with Science subject and minimum one year experience in Medical/ Biological Laboratory.
• Telephone Operator:  Matriculation or equivalent qualification and relevant experience as Telephone Operator and in handling of P.B.X.

• Age Limit: Between 18 years and 25 years
• Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates would be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview. Candidates appointed may be posted/ transferred to anywhere in India at Regional Offices for Health & Family Welfare.

4. Driver: The candidates applying for this post should have passed class 10th. Also, the candidates should have obtained a licence for driving heavy vehicles. The candidates should have five years of experience in driving.

1. Medical lab technician: Rs 10,300 - 34,800 + Rs 4,200 grade pay
2. Multipurpose health worker (male): Rs 10,300 - 34,800 + Rs 3,200 grade pay
3. Insect collector: Rs 5,900 -20,200 + Rs 2,400 grade pay
4. Driver: Rs 5,900 -20,200 + Rs 2,400 Grade pay
5. Sanitary beldar (male): Rs 4,900 -10,680 +1,400 Grade pay

Application fee:

• The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 450, except for sanitary belder post for which the candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 250.
