High Court of Bombay has invited applications for the recruitment of three court managers on contract basis. The contract for selected candidates will end on March 30, 2015. However, the contract may be extended as per requirement. Last date for application is September 1, 2014.

Vacancies
  1. Court Manager
  2. High Court of Bombay - Goa: 1 post
  3. District and Sessions Court, North Goa, Panaji: 1 post
  4. District and Sessions Court, South Goa, Margao: 1 post
  5. Total: 3 posts
Salary
  • Pay Scale: Rs 52,900 per month with an option to hike by 6 per cent per annum.
Eligibility
  • The candidate should have a Degree in Law (compulsory) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree or Advanced Diploma in General Management. Candidate should also have passed a government recognised examination for computer knowledge (DOEACC) and have excellent Konkani language skills.
Experience
  • The candidate should have minimum five years of experience/ training in system process management, information technology, system management, human resources management or financial systems management.
Selection
  • Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of performance in a screen test and interview.

High Court of Punjab and Haryana (Chandigarh) invites application for recruitment of Court Manager for filling up seven vacancies on temporary basis which are likely to be continued.  The number of posts can be increased or decreased without any prior notice said the advertisement.

Eligibility :
  • B.Tech in Computer Science/B.Tech  in IT with MB.A (in regular/face to face mode excluding distance education) from a recognized University preferably with 2 years managerial experience in reputed organization having a reasonable turnover or standing.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having qualification in the field of law.
  • Candidates having passed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA). such as PGDBM. PGDHR. PGDIT etc shall not be eligible.
  • Age Limit is 25 to 35 years as on April 30, 2014
Selection procedure :
  • iva Voce to be conducted by the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee may shortlist the candidates for viva voce after holding a Written Test or following some other suitable criteria.

The High Court of Kerala invites applications for temporary appointment to the post of 'court manager' in District courts in the State of Kerala. The appointment will be temporary with the 12th Finance Commission Award period.

Name of post : Court Manager
Number of posts : 14 (One each in 14 district courts)
Eligibility:
  1. A degree or advanced diploma in general management.
  2. 5-years experience/ training in systems and process management.
  3. 5-years experience/ training in IT systems management, HR management, financial systems management.
  4. Excellent people skills.
  5. Communication skills.
  6. Computer application skills.
Age limit: Candidates should not have completed 56 years as on the last date for submission of applications.
How to apply
  1. Interested candidates can send their applications which is available in the website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in. Applications should reach 'The Registrar General, High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, Kochi-682 031.' on or before March 18, 2014.
  2. Envelope containing application must be super scribed in bold letters as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____________________".
  3. Candidates already employed in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) should submit their applications through proper channel and also submit the "No Objection Certificate" from the current employer.
