North Central Railway, Allahabad has invited applications for the recruitment to the posts of Lecturer (PGT), Assistant Teacher (TGT) and Primary Teacher. Selected candidates will be hired on a part time contractual basis. Last date for application is May 10, 2014.

Eligibility
  • Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 65 years. Candidate should have completed Graduation/ post Graduation in a relevant subject with minimum 50 per cent marks from a recognized University. Candidates should be able to teach in Hindi/English. 

Selection

  • Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in an interview.

Eligibility:
The candidate should have a good academic record with at least 55 per cent marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the Master's degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
The applicant must have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC (state level eligibility test-SLET/SET).
Application fee:
Applicants need to pay an amount of Rs. 250/- (in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates Rs.100/-) as part of application fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of the Principal, Shaheed Bhagat Singh (Eve) College, New Delhi, Payable at Delhi.
