ELIGIBILITY
  • Educational Qualification:  Candidates applying for the posts should have completed Graduation and Master's with minimum 55 per cent marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scales, M.Com preferably (Finance) and SAS or CA, computer literate with Microsoft proficiency, excellent shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m. and accurate computer typing speed of 45 w.p.m., Class 10/12 passed and heavy transport vehicle drivers' certificates as per the posts.
  • Age limit: Candidate's age must be between 18-50 years as on September 29, 2014.
  • Application fee: Candidates need to pay Rs 600 (Rs 150 for EBP of Haryana State only) for Sr. No. 1 to 6 and Rs 400 (Rs 100 for EBP of Haryana State Only) for Sr. No. 7 to 13 in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Ch. Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani.

The Uttrakhand High Court has invited applications for recruitment to various posts Nainital and district courtson for a fixed tenure till the end of 13th Finance Commission - till March 31, 2015.

Eligiblity
Age Limit:
  • For the court manager it's between 25 to 35 years and for for the rest it's between  21 to 40 years.

Educational Qualification:

  • The candidate should hold an MBA degree from any recognised university or institution. For the post of court managers, candidates having a degree in law would be preferred. For the position of clerk, the candidate should have completed graduation and his typing speed should be 35 w.p.m on computer in English and 25 w.p.m on computer in Hindi. For the post of peon, the candidate should have passed junior high school ( Class VIII).

Selection Procedure
  • Stenography test/typing test (for Posts 2 & 3) and interview (for Posts 1 & 4) would be conducted to short-list the candidate.

  • Candidates are required to download the application form from the official website and send their applications in prescribed format along with photograph affixed on application and self-attested copies of certificates in support of age, educational qualifications, extra curricular activities & computer knowledge and two self-addressed envelopes of size 5 x 10 with Rs 22 postal stamp, in an envelope superscribed with "Name of the post being applied for", send by speed/registered post/courier addressed to Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital.

  • Scale of Pay Rs 5,200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs 1,900 plus allowances as per the Rules
Eligibility
  • Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 33 years (below 38 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
  • Candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or I. T. I. for English Typing Speed Test of 40 Words Per Minute. Candidate should have proficiency in operation of word processors in Windows and Linux, in addition to knowledge about M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar7 and Open Office Org. Candidate should also have adequate knowledge of Marathi Language.
Selection
  • Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of performance in a written exam/screening test, then an English Typing test and finally an interview.
