The State Bank of Travancore has invited applications for recruitment from outstanding football players (Men) for appointment in the clerical cadre of their Bank in Kerala.

Eligibility criteria:

• Qualification: Candidates applying for this post should have passed Class 10. The applicant should have represented the state/district in national/state level event or an Inter-university with distinction, or should be a member of the combined university team as a player in the respective football events.
• Age limit: The candidates applying for the post should be between 18 and 28 years as on June 1, 2014.
• Selection process: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their achievements in the past. Thereafter, candidates will be called for a selection trial to be held at Thiruvananthapuram and if found qualified in the trials, they will be called for an interview.
• Application fee: The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 200 through demand draft in the favour of "STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE" and payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

Revenue Department announces recruitment for 20 vacant posts

The Revenue Department Nizamabad District, Andhra Pradesh, has invites applications for the posts of Group-IV Services (Clerical Cadres). Only SC and ST candidates are eligible to send in their applications.

Eligibility criteria:

The applicants should have passed Intermediate Examination and Govt. Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Higher Grade in Telugu in Govt. standard Key Board (for the post of Typist, Clerk-cum-Typist & Stenographer).

The applicant should also have passed the Govt. Technical Examination in Shorthand by the Higher Grade in relevant language (for the post of Stenographer).
