Eligibility-
  1. Programme Coordinator-Institution and Social Development- 
  2. Post Graduate in Management/Rural Management from recognized institutes/university with minimum 12 years' experience in state level development projects in the areas concerned.
  3. Programme Coordinator Livelihoods and Enterprise Promotion- 
  4. Post Graduate in Management/Rural Management from recognized institutes/university with minimum 12 years' experience in state level development projects.
  5. Chief Finance Officer-
  6. Experience in financial management, budget preparation, meeting statutory requirements and financial compliance.
  7. State Finance Manager -
  8. Chartered Accountant/MBAFinance /Cost Accountant from recognized institute/university with minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in handling internal/statutory audit
  9. State Project Manager-Communication-
  10. PG degree in Mass Communication from recognized institute / university with minimum 7 years of post qualification relevant working experience.
  11. State Project Manager-MIS-
  12. Post Graduate in Engineering/ Technology or MBA  IT or MCA from recognized University with minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
  13. PM-HRD-
  14. PG degree or PG Diploma in HRD/Management/social work/rural development with minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
  15. Project Manager-Documentation & External Relation-
  16. PG degree/diploma in Mass Communication / Management / Social Work /Rural Management /RuralDevelopment from recognized institute/university with minimum 4 years of post qualification relevant experience.
  17. Project Manager-Livelihoods-
  18. MBA/PG Diploma or Degree in Rural Development/Agriculture and Allied/Social Work with minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
  19. Project Manager- Monitoring & Evaluation-
  20. Executing regular monitoring and evaluation of Project Progress across the state, facilitating reviews at and documentation work.

  22. Graduate in Economics/Commerce/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) from a recognized institute/university with a minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

Pay Scale:

  1. For the first post - Rs 37,400 to 67,000 and grade pay of Rs 8,700.
  2. For the second post - Rs 37,400 to 67,000 and grade pay of Rs 7,000

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

  • The age of the candidate must not exceed as on the last date of receipt of application. Relaxation in age would be provided if any as per the rules.

Educational Qualification:
  • Those applying for the first post should have a Ph.D degree in the relevant field from a recognised university or institution, with three years of experience in teaching at graduate or post-graduate level. And those applying for the second post, should be a graduate or a post-graduate form a recognised institution with relevant affairs in corporate affairs.

Selection Procedure:
  • A written test and a personal interview would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
