Educational qualification:

1. Chemical: The candidates must possess a Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from a recognised university/institute.
2. Mechanical: The candidates must possess a Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university/institute.
3. Electrical: The candidates must possess a Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university/institute.
4. Instrumentation: The candidates must possess a Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering from a recognised university/institute.
5. Civil: The candidates must possess a Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognised university/institute.
6. Materials management: The candidates must have a Master's of Business Administration degree or post graduate diploma with specialisation in materials management.
7. Finance & Accounts: The candidate must be a graduate with CA/ICWA.
8. Personnel administration: The candidate must have post graduation degree or diploma in PM&IR/HRM/Labour & Social Works/MBA.
9. Legal: The candidate must have a Bachelor's of Law degree with at least two years of experience in legal practice.
10. Age limit:Age as of January 1, 2015 the maximum age of the candidates must be 30 years. Age relaxation as per government rules.
11. Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. The candidates will have to appear for All India Selection Test (AIST) to be conducted by the organisation.
