Ministry of Water Resources Recruitment for Chairman and Vice Chairman

Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India has invited applications for the recruitment to the posts of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Financial Advisor. Last date for application is June 3, 2014.
Vacancies
Chairman: 1 post
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 58 years. The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 10 years experience in the field of Investigation, planning, design, execution, Operation and Maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects.

Vice Chairman: 1 post
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 58 years. The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 8 years experience in the field of Investigation, planning, design, execution, Operation and Maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects.

Financial Advisor: 1 post
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 58 years. The candidate should be a qualified CA/CS or have a MBA Degree with specialization in Finance and 16 years experience in handling corporate accounting and Corporate Finance matters in Central Government or State Government level.

NCRI Hyderabad recruitment for Chairman

National Council of Rural Institutes (NCRI), under Ministry of Human Resource Development, has invited applications for the recruitment to the post of Chairman on deputation basis at its Hyderabad branch. The selected candidate will be hired for an initial period of five years. Last date for application is May 12, 2014.

Vacancy
Chairman: 1 post

Salary : Pay Scale Rs 25,000 PM (Fixed) (Pre Revised)  
Eligibility
  • Age of the candidate should be below 55 years. Candidates having worked as Group A officers in Central/State Government or Autonomous Bodies in the pay scale of Joint Secretary or above or in the pay scale of Vice Chancellor of a Central University are eligible to apply. Those candidates having a background of Rural Development Education, Gandhian Studies, Agricultural Technology, Public Administration or Social Services etc will be given preference. 
  • Desirable: Working knowledge of any Indian language in addition to Hindi
Selection
  • The selection for the post of Chairman will be conducted on the basis of performance in an interview.
