ELIGIBILITY
  1. Candidates should be higher secondary passed or have cleared equivalent examination from any Board/Council/University.
  2. Candidates should have passed middle school examination with Odia as a language subject or passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subjects; or passed Odia as language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above or passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.
  3. Candidates should be in the age limit of 21-32 years at the time of applying.

  • Salary: The appointment shall be made initially on a contractual basis on consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs 5200 as Pay plus Rs 1800 as grade pay in the pay band of Rs 5200-20200.

Indian Oil Corporation limited (IOCL) has announced recruitment notification for 113 Junior Engineer posts. All eligible candidates can apply by September 10.

Eligibility criteria:
  1. Jr. Engg Asstt-IV (Production): Candidates should have completed a three-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Refinery & Petrochemicals Engineering / B.Sc (Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 60 per cent marks in aggregate.
  2. Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV (P&U-O&M) Discipline-Electrical: Candidates should have completed a three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks in aggregate.
  3. Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV (P&U-O&M): Candidates should have completed a three-year Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Boiler competency certificate (1st class or as may be applicable under the respective State Boiler Rules).
  4. Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV- (Mechanical Maintenance)    Candidates should have completed a three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Matric with 2 years ITI (Fitter) course with minimum 60 per cent marks in aggregate.
  5. Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV- Instrumentation Maintenance): Candidates should have completed a three-year Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation Control with minimum 60 per cent marks in aggregate.

Age Limit: 
Minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years (relaxable by one year for candidates having requisite experience up to 2
years and relaxable by two years for candidates having experience of two years or more) as on August 31.
Selection Criteria:
Selection would be based on written test/trade test (wherever applicable) and personal interview. The candidates will have to qualify successfully through each stage of the selection process and pre-employment medical fitness for being adjudged suitable for selection.
