Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL - A Government of India Enterprise) has invited applications for recruitment to various positions by engaging eligible candidates to its Regional Sales Office.
The main aim of HIL is, "To provide quality products through clean and safe technology which would enhance agricultural productivity and promote Public Health along with increasing product range, exports, efficiency and productivity of the Company."
Vacancies-
  • Assistant Accounts Officer- 01 post
  • Eligibility- The applying candidate should have passed final examination of ICAI or ICWA or MBA (Finance) with one year post qualification experience OR M.Com with 4 years experience or Degree in Commerce with 7 years experience in Finance & Cost Accounting.
  • Age limit- The maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years at the time of applying.
  • Selection Process- Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview conducted by the recruitment committee.
  • Salary- Selected candidates will be paid Rs.16400-3%-40500

Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited (CESCOM) has invited applications to recruit Assistant Engineer and Assistant Accounts Officer.

Eligibility Criteria 
Assistant Engineer: Candidates should have Bachelor's in Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic/Information Science/ Telecommunication
Assistant Accounts Officer: Candidates should be a M.Com Graduate of a recognized University or pass in ICWA/MBA(Finance).
Candidates who have obtained minimum percentage of marks as prescribed below in respective qualifying examinations only are eligible to apply.
(a) For applicants belonging to General Merit Category: 60 per cent
(b) For applicants belonging to Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB: 50 per cent
(c) For applicants belonging to SC/ST: Pass
Age limit:
The candidates should have attained the age of 18 Years as on the last date fixed for receipt of application and shall not be more than;
i. 35 Years in case of General Merit candidates.
ii. 38 Years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB Candidates.
iii.40 Years in case of SC/ST and Category I candidates.
Application Fee:
The application fees prescribed for applying to the said posts is as follows:
i. Rs 4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) in respect of candidates belonging to General Category and Category I, IIA,IIB, IIIA, IIIB.
ii. Rs 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

  • The candidates should fill up the e-mail ID and mobile number in the application since, future correspondence with them will be over e-mail (or SMS if necessary). 
  •  
  • Payment should be made by DDs obtained from Nationalised Banks only. DD should be drawn in favour of General Manager (A&HR), CESC, Mysore payable at Mysore.
  •  After submitting the application ONLINE the candidates should obtain the print-outs of acknowledgment and scanned copy of Demand Draft and produce as when called by the CESC, Mysore.

Answer keys of UPPSC Preliminary Examination 2014 conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) on August 3 are out and available on the official website.

Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Preliminary Examination 2014 was held on August 3 at 790 centres of 20 districts of the state.
Around 55.26 per cent of the total Combined Upper Subordinate Services Examination (preliminary)-2014 or PCS (prelims)-2014 candidates appeared for the exam.
The examination was conducted in the existing Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) pattern.
The examination comprises of two General Studies Paper I and General Studies Paper II. The General Studies Paper II had 100 questions while Paper-I has 150 question, from all the section of the Syllabus notified with the notification of the examination.
