JOB DETAILS We are looking for a smart individual who can lead our business development efforts in specified regions Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business Research and build relationships with potential clients, and the decision makers. Key External Interactions Purchase Heads/Managers, R&D Heads at larges corporates and sme companies. Hiya serves key clients like Dabur, Emami, Patanjali. The incumbenent shall also manage the existing relationships and find new opportunities within those accounts Negotiating and concluding confidentiality agreements, R & D agreements, supply contracts for trial and industrial quantities New product pipelines of the major potential and existing customers Strong communication and IT fluency Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems Indepth knowledge of the industry and its current events The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Organised with good attention to detail A selfstarter who can spot new opportunities Experience of business development in rawmaterials is preferred over finished goods.
