Reserve Bank of India (RBI) notifies recruitment

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has invited applications for recruitment at the post of technical attendant. The interested and eligible candidates can apply by April 18.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Educational qualifications:The candidates applying for this post are required to have qualified their Class 10 from an institute recognised by the State Board. 
2. Other qualifications:The candidates should possess 2nd class wireman's licence.
3. Experience:The candidates should have some experience in operation of lifts and some knowledge of electrical work connected with lifts. Lift Attendant's authorization/licence/certificate from a competent authority as per requirement stipulated by the State Government/Union Territory is also required.
4. Age limit:The candidates applying for the post should age between 18 and 25 years.
5. Selection process:The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the written test/interview.
6. Emoluments:The candidates will be paid Rs 16,215 per month (approximately).
7. Application process: In order to apply, the candidates are required to send their duly filled applications to "the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Recruitment Section, Central Vista, Sector- 17, Chandigarh-160017". Besides, the candidates are required to send the attested copies of relevant documents and testimonials along.
