Eligibility criteria:
  1. Staff Nurse: Candidates applying for this post should possess qualification in general nursing and Midwifery from Nursing Council of West Bengal or its equivalent.
  2. Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates applying for this post should possess a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university. 
  3. Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates applying for this post should possess a diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Council for Engineering or Technical Education. Also, the candidates should have one year's practical training or studying or research or practical engineering experience in the municipal engineering work.
  4. School Inspector (Bengali Medium): Candidates applying for this post should have a second class Honours or second class Masters' degree in any discipline from a recognised university and minimum 55 per cent marks in Madhyamik and 50 per cent marks in Higher Secondary from a recognised board/council. 
  5. Candidates should have a Bachelors' degree in Teaching of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognised university or equivalent (N.C.T.E. approved).
  6. Candidates should have a good knowledge of spoken and written Bengali.

Age limit:
  • Staff Nurse: Candidates applying for this post should age between 18 and 42 years. 
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates applying for this post should age between 18 and 42 years.
  • Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates applying for this post should age between 18 and 42 years.
  • School Inspector (Bengali Medium): Candidates applying for this post should age between 18 and 37 years.

Selection Process:
  • Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the written test to be followed by a personality test/interview. The written test will consist of 200 marks whereas the interview will be held for 40 marks. 
  • Last date for registration for on-line application and generation of challan is March 20 and application fee along with processing charges must be deposited to the bank by March 23 and the process of submission of application must be completed by March 26.
