JKPSC announces vacancies

Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission(JKPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to various positions by engaging eligible candidates.

Vacancies-

• Lecturer-I (Civil Engineering)- 2
• Lecturer-II Travel and Tourism (Non Engineering)- 1

Eligibility-

• Lecturer-I (Civil Engineering)-
• The applying candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 55 per cent marks in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology/disciplines or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Lecturer-II Travel and Tourism (Non Engineering)-
• The applying candidate should have bachelor's degree with 55 per cent marks in appropriate branch/discipline or equivalent from a recognized institution/university.

Salary-

• Lecturer-I (Civil Engineering)- Selected candidates will be paid Rs 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs 5,200
• Lecturer-II Travel and Tourism (Non Engineering)- Selected candidates will be paid Rs 9,300-34,800+ Grade Pay Rs 4,300

Selection Process-

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test conducted by the recruitment committee.

• Interested and eligible candidates should fill the application in a prescribed format and submit it to the official address.
• Candidates can obtain application forms from the office of the J&K Public Service Commission on cash payment of Rs 500 (excluding processing charges of Rs 10) in respect of General category candidates and Rs 250 (excluding processing charges of Rs 10) in respect of category candidates.
