IBPS announces job vacancy

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Deputy Manager & Personal secretary to Director. Eligible candidates must apply before March 16. Selected candidates to the post will be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of two years which is subject to renewal.

Eligibility-

• Deputy Manager and PA to Director- The applying candidate should have completed SSC from a recognized university/board or hold equivalent educational qualification.
• The applicant should also have typing speed in English with 40 words per minute.
• The candidate should also have minimum 25 years of experience of handling board level works including assisting the Chief Executive of Banking Institute, PSBs and banking subsidiaries for day to day functioning.

Age limit-

• The minimum age of the candidate should be 50 years and a maximum of 63 years at the time of applying.

Job Description-

• Candidates will be required to maintain and provide a support service for the Director's daily schedule, including forward planning of his workload, diary management and co-coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork
• Candidates will be required to liaise effectively with internal divisions/departments and external organizations on behalf of the Director
