Principal Private Secretary: He must have a graduate degree from a recognised university with a thorough knowledge in computerized word processing and proficient in shorthand & typing. A diploma in Office Management and Secretarial Practice will give in an added advantage.
Steno-cum-Computer Operator: Graduation with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm),English Shorthand (80wpm). Must have a Diploma/Certificate in computing or equivalent from a recognised university.
Diarist-cum-Dispatcher: Must be Senior Secondary qualified from a recognised board.
Experience
Principal Private Secretary: He must also have a working experience in the post of Personal Secretary to HOD for 5 years in Central/ State Government or any PSU/ Corporation under the Government. He must have a diploma in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.
Steno-cum-Computer Operator: 3 years of experience in computer application from any Central Government/ PSUs of Central or that of State.
Diarist-cum-Dispatcher: Must have a analogous post in the Government at the regular basis for state or the Central with 2 years regular service in the post of Daftary in Central/ State Government. May have the experience of diary/ dispatch in any Government Department or organisation.

- Age limit: The age limit for deputation shall be 56 years.
- Selection procedure: The selection procedure will be on the basis of interview.
- How to apply: The candidates must apply through online application in the DERC website www.derc.gov.in where they will get the application form. He must take a Print out of the application form, paste his/her recent photograph, put his/her signature in the appropriate column / space in the application and must enclose a self attested copy(s) of the certificates to substantiate the educational / other essential qualifications mentioned in the application form) and send it to the Secretary, DERC at the www.derc.gov.in. The envelope containing the application must mention the name of the post applied for.

- Steno-cum-Computer Operator: Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4200.
- Diarist-cum-Dispatcher: Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900.
- Important dates: The last date for submission of the online application form and the last date for the receipt of the hard copy is April 20.
