Indian Coast Guard invites applications for Navik post

Indian Coast Guard under the Ministry of Defence has invited applications from unmarried male Indian nationals.

• NAVIK (GENERAL DUTY)

Eligibility:

• Educational qualification - 10+2 with an overall aggregate of 60 per cent and minimum 60 per cent in the subjects of Maths and Physics from an education board recognised by Central/State Government.

Age:

• Minimum 18 years and maximum 22 years from 1 August 1993 to 31 July 1997

How to Apply:

• Applications will be accepted 'Online only' from 2 February to 10 February 2015. The important instructions for filling of online application (i) The name of the candidate, father and mother's name and date of birth should be mentioned as per the 10th class certificate (ii) Exact 12th class percentage up to two decimals which is not to be rounded off, should be indicated. (iii) Filling of information such as personal email ID and mobile number of the candidate are compulsory. 
• The date, time and venue of the test and other information will be informed through personal email ID. The application provides choice of only one center for examination.

Pay Scale:

• Rs 5,200 - 20,200 with Rs 2,000 Grade Pay
