Education Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a degree in Masters in Social Science/Sociology/Social Anthropology/Social Work (MSW)/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Economic/ Rural Development or Mass Communication.
Age limit:
- As of January 1, 2014 the candidates applying for the post should not be more than 40 years old. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.
Selection Procedure:
- The criteria of selection will be based on the academic results, written test as well as the computer skill test.

- The candidates send their application in prescribed form along with attested copies of mark sheet of Madhyarnik or its equivalent examination. Also, the candidates should carry the mark sheet of higher secondary certificate, graduation degree, photocopy of Voter's Identity Card/ Ration Card as proof of residence and the certificates as proof of SC, ST and OBC.
