Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), Nagpur has invited applications for recruitment at various posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply by February 5.

- Total posts: 465 posts
- Mining Sirdar and shot fire T & S Grade C: 438 posts
- Surveyor (Min) T & S Grade B: 27 posts
Eligibility criteria:
- Mining Sirdar: The candidates applying for this post should have acquired a Mining Sirdar certificate of competency issued by DGMS or diploma in mining and mine surveying and overman competency certificate issued by DGMS. The candidates should have acquired a valid gas test certificate by DGMS. They should have a valid first aid certificate.
- Surveyor (Min) T & S Grade B: The candidates applying for this post should have a matriculation certificate and surveyor's certificate of competency issued by DGMS. The candidates should have a diploma in mining and mine surveying and overman competency certificate issued by DGMS.
- Selection Process: The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performance in the written test to be followed by an interview.
- Application Process: In order to apply, the candidates are required to send their duly filled application forms to "the General Manager (P/ IR), Western Coalfields Limited, Coal Estate, Civil lines, Nagpur- 440001".
- Application fee: The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100 through Demand Draft.
