Eligibility Criteria:

• As per the mentioned above fields, freshers and experienced are both welcome with a post graduate degree from a recognised university.
• For Posts in the Finance Dept: Possess ICWA or CA or MBA (Finance) with relevant post- qualification experience.
• For Posts in the Human Resource Dept: Possess MSW or NIPM or MBA (HR) or PGDPM with relevant post- qualification experience.
• For Posts in the Legal Dept: Possess Graduation Degree with LLB and the relevant post- qualification experience.
• For Post of the Chief Security Officer: Possess Degree in any discipline or equivalent with a relevant experience in the concerned field.

AGE  LIMIT
The Following age groups for posts mentioned shall be taken into consideration

GM                                                                                                     48 years.

JGM                                                                                                   45 years.

DGM & Chief Security Officer                                                         40 years.

AGM                                                                                                  36 years.

Manager                                                                                            34 years.

Officer                                                                                               28 years.

Dy. Manager                                                                                     30 years.

PAY SCALE

Candidate will get the approximate of the structure mentioned below:

GM	Rs. 68,573/ Per Month.
JGM	Rs. 61,883/ Per Month.
DGM	Rs. 53,520/ Per Month.
AGM	Rs. 48,503/Per Month.
Manager	Rs. 43,485/ Per Month.
Dy. Manager	Rs. 35,959/ Per Month.
Officer	Rs. 28,767/ Per Month.
