ICAR - Research Complex for Eastern Region has invited applications for recruitment to various positions by engaging eligible candidates to 32 vacant posts in Group-C.

Vacancies-

• The posts are vacant in the name of Skilled Supporting Staff as:

1. Field cum Farm duty-5
2. Fish rearing-1
3. Dairy Attendant-3
4. Animal Attendant-3
5. Lab Attendant-3
6. Gardening-1
7. Electrical Work-2
8. Pump Operator-1
9. Plumbing-1
10. Mason Job-1
11. Carpenter-1
12. Mechanic-1
13. Cook-2
14. Distribution, Dispatch, Dairy etc.-7

Eligibility-

• The applying candidate should have passed matriculation or equivalent from a recognized university or institute.
• The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and a maximum of 25 years at the time of applying.

Salary-

• In grade pay of Rs. 1800/- in a apy band of Rs 5200-20200/-

Selection Process-

• Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of a written examination held by staff selection commission for recruiting multi trade staff in the same grade.
• The examination will consist of objective paper of 150 questions of 1 mark each comprising of:
• General intelligence & Reasoning, numerical aptitude, general english, general awareness.
• The subjective paper will comprise of a short essay/ letter in hindi/ English.
• Skill/Trade test will be of 100 marks for testing respective skills.
• Interview-will be held to ascertain the attitude and potential of the candidate.
