MFL invites applications for Managerial & Technician posts

Madras Fertilizers Limited (MFL) has invited applications to hire at various posts i.e. General Manager - Plant, General Manager - M&D, Liaison Representative (New Delhi), Medical Assistant, Junior Technical Assistant (Maintenance Crane Operations) and Fireman. 

MFL is a  leading Public Sector Undertaking with an Annual Turnover of Rs.2600 Crores (Approx.) engaged in manufacturing & Marketing of Chemical Fertilizers, Bio Fertilizers, Agrochemicals & Organic Manures.

Pay Scale:

1. General Manager:  E-8 Rs.51300-3%-73000/-
2. Liaison Representative/ Medical Assistant: Grade-IV Rs.9830-3%-(30)
3. Junior Technical Assistant: Grade-III Rs.9270-3%-(30)
4. Fireman: Grade-II Rs.9020-3%-(30)

Educational Qualifications:

1. General Manager (Plant) : Candidates should have minimum a Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Petrochemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/EEE/Production/ Instrumentation).

3. General Manager (Marketing & Distribution): Candidates should have minimum completed B.Sc (Agriculture / Horticulture discipline will be preferred) / MBA in Marketing (Full / Part Time) from reputed Institution.

Liaison Representative -> Any Degree.

1. Medical Assistant -> Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10 + 2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. B.Sc., (Nursing and should  have their names registered in the State Nursing Council.
2. Junior Technical Assistant - Maintenance -> Candidates should be at least Class 10 passed with valid HMV Licence and Crane Operation Experience Certificate.
3. Fireman: Candidates should be at least Class 10 passed and have completed Fireman's Certificate Course from NFSC, Nagpur / State / Central Government Fire Service Institute. The duration of the course shall not be less than Six Months. (OR) Ex-Servicemen who undergone training in Basic Fire Fighting and Operation of Fire Tenders with a Certificate from Defence Services.

Upper Age limit:

1. General Manager: 50 yrs as on October 01, 2014
2. Other posts: 30 years as in October 01, 2014

Selection Process: Interview.

1. Application Fee: Rs.500/- in the case of General Manager posts and Rs.250/- for other posts. Candidates have to make payments through demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of "Madras Fertilizers Ltd.," payable at Chennai. No application fee for SC / ST, Persons with Disability and Ex-Servicemen.
