Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran (MPMKVV) Company Limited, Bhopal, has recently notified recruitment for 2 posts only in ST category for Deputy General Manager(HR) and Deputy General Manager(Finance). Eligible candidate can apply NOVEMBER 14, 2014.

• Deputy General Manager (HR): 1 post (ST)
• Deputy General Manager (Finance): 1 post (ST)

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Deputy General Manager (HR):  Candidates must have done MBA or PGDBM with specialization in HR with 55%. He/ She should have minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant field in Managerial capacity as on 1 Jan 2014.
• Deputy General Manager- Finance: Candidates must have done MBA or PGDBM with specialization in Finance/ CA/ICWA with 55% marks. He/She Should have minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant field in Managerial capacity as on 1 Jan 2014.
• Age Limit:  Candidate must be minimum 26 years and maximum 45 years as on January 1, 2014.
• Pay Scale:  Candidates who will be selected for the post would be on pay band 3 with basic pay of 18600 and Grade pay of Rs 6600 for both the posts.
• Application Fee: Total application fee of Rs. 560 per post per candidate will be charged which include Rs 60 online portal charges.

Selection Procedure:

• Short listed eligible candidates may have to appear for psychometric test(if required) and/ or group discussion and interview.The list of short listed candidates along with the date of psychometric test (if required) , group discussion and interview shall be displayed on the company's website and also sent to e-mail address given by the candidates in their application through M.P. Online and  the mobile number provided by them.
• Final selection shall be made on the basis of the overall marks obtained in whole recruitment process.
• The result or the list of selected candidate will be displayed on the company's website.
