Eligibility

Age Limit:

1. Manager - Security Officers:  Candidates should be minimum 25 years and maximum 45 years of age.
2. Manager - Civil Engineer: Candidates should be minimum 26 years and maximum 35 years of age.
3. Manager - Electrical Engineer: Candidates should be minimum 26 years and maximum 35 years of age.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC)): Candidates should be minimum 26 years and maximum 35 years of age.
5. Mechanical Engineer (Vehicle/ Generator): Candidates should be minimum 26 years and maximum 35 years of age.

Educational Qualification: 

1. Manager - Security Officers:  Candidates should be a graduate or its equivalent qualification from a university/institute recognised by the government of India. With minimum five years of commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force or an officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police/Deputy Superintendent of Police in BSF/ITBP/CISF/CRPF with five-year experience.
2. Manager - Civil Engineer: Candidates should be B.E or B.Tech in civil engineering or equivalent qualification from a university/institute recognised by the government of India. Candidate should possess minimum five-year post-qualification experience in an independent position in a public/private limited organisation. The experience shall be in construction and maintenance of multistoried buildings (Office & Residential) in the areas of planning, designing, stimating, tendering and execution.
3. Manager- Electrical Engineer: Candidates should be B.E or B.Tech in electrical engineering from a university/institute recognised by government of India. He/she should posses minimum five-year post-qualification experience in the maintenance of electrical substation of 2500KVA transformer total capacity and above, electrical distribution system in multistory building and possessing valid Electrical Supervisors Certificate of Competency issued by Electrical Licensing Board, government of Tamil Nadu.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC): Candidates should have B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a university/institute recognised by government of India. Candidates should possess minimum five-year post-qualification experience in HVAC industry in erection and maintenance of Air-Conditioning equipment-Packaging plants, Central AC Plants, Room Air - conditioners and other HVAC equipments.
5. Mechanical Engineer (Vehicle/ Generator): Candidates must have B.E or B.Tech in mechanical engineering from a university/institute recognised by the government of India. He/she should possess minimum five-year post-qualification experience in maintenance of vehicles, diesel generators and elevators in a reputed organisation.
