Indian Ordinance Factories invites applications for filling 21 posts

Applications are invited from eligible candidates by Indian Ordinance Factories, Ministry of Defence recruitment board.

Vacancies-

1. Lower Division Clerk- 14
2. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)(Male)- 01
3. Multi Tasking staff- 12
4. Durwan- 04

Eligibility-

1. Lower Division Clerk- 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or university along with good typing speed.
2. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)(Male)- Matriculation from a recognized university or board.
3. The candidate must possess license for driving light and heavy vehicles with basic knowledge in automobile repairing.
4. Multi Tasking staff- Matriculation pass from a recognized board or university or equivalent
5. Durwan- Matriculate or equivalent pass with 3 years' service as Home Guard/ civil defence volunteer.

Salary-

1. Lower Division Clerk- 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade pay 1900
2. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)(Male)- 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade pay 1900
3. Multi Tasking staff- 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade pay 1800
4. Durwan- 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade pay 1800

Age limit-

1. Lower Division Clerk- 18 to 27 years
2. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)(Male)- 18 to 32 years
3. Multi Tasking staff- 18 to 25 years
4. Durwan- 20 to 27 years

Selection Process-

1. A candidate for the position of Lower Division clerk will be selected on the basis of a written test.
2. The examination will be multiple choice in nature of 200 marks containing 4 parts of 50 marks each.
3. Written test for Civilian Motor driver will be of 100 marks, examination for the post of Multi-tasking staff will be of 150 marks and that for the post of Durwan will be of 150 marks.
