Health and Family Welfare Department, New Delhi, announces recruitment for various posts

Health & Family Welfare Department, New Delhi, of the Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) has announced vacancies for the post of Junior Resident in various Hospital/ Institutions of Government in Delhi only on contract basis. The willing and eligible candidates can apply online latest by October 17, 2014 up to 4pm.

Vacancies:

• Number Of Posts: 575 posts
• Name of the posts: Junior Resident

Pay Scale :

• The candidate will get total remuneration of  Rs 15,600 + Grade Pay of  Rs.5400 along with the usual allowances.

Eligiblity Criteria:

• The candidates must possess a recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian  Medical Council Act, 1956.  
• Candidates must have completed the compulsory rotating internship. Candidates who have not completed the rotating internship can also apply, but if selected, they must have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before date of Joining. 
• If selected, he/she should also be registered with Delhi Medical Council before joining the post.

Age Limit:

• The maximum limit for the candidate belonging to General category is 35 years, 38 years for the OBC candidate and 40 years for the SC-ST on the last date for receipt of applications.

How to apply:

• The application form can be filled online which is available on the website of Delhi health and family welfare. After filling the online application the hard copy of the receipt , along with certified copies of educational qualification and experience should be sent to the office of the Registrar(Academic), Room No.114, Maulana Azad Medical College, 2- Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, new Delhi-2. Along with a DD of Rs 1500 (for General and OBC Category) and Rs 750 (for SC and ST category) in favor of "Dean,MAMC" latest by October 17, 2014.

Selection procedure:

• There shall be a written MCQ of examination. This written examination shall be organized by the Dean, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi on October 26, 2014 at 10 am.

• Last date to submit the application form is October 17, 2014 till 4pm.
• Written test will be conducted on October 26, 2014 at 10 am.
