Government Medical College and Hospital invites applications for recruitment

Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Chandigarh has announced a recruitment notice for 50 posts of Staff Nurses.

Vacancies-

For the post of Staff Nurse on a temporary basis:

• UR- 32
• SC-07
• OBC- 11

Eligibility-

• The candidate should have done a diploma in General nursing and midwifery course from a recognized board/ university/ institute.
• Must be registered as nurse and midwife with state nursing counsil.
• The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 to 25 years.

Salary-

• In a pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800+ 4600/- Grade Pay

Selection Process-

• Candidates will have to appear for a written test for selection which will be of 70 marks and a Professional qualification test of 20 marks.
• The final interview will be of 10 marks for short listing candidates.

• An application fee of RS, 250/- has to be paid by SC candidates and Rs. 500/- by all other candidates in respect of completing the registration.
