AICTE recruitment for 39 posts

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) seeks qualified and experienced employees of central or state governments or Central/state government universities or autonomous bodies set up by the government, to fill various vacant posts at New Delhi's office. The last day to apply for the desired post is November 14, 2014.

The appointment is on deputation basis initially for a period of one year, extendable for further period of three year's.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Advisor-I : Candidates must possess a master's degree in Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Application/ Management/ Commerce and Business Economics/ Economics/ Pharmacy/ Engineering and Technology/ Architecture and Town Planning or equivalent.
2. Director: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Application/ Management/ Commerce and Business Economics/ Economics/ Pharmacy/ Engineering and Technology/ Architecture and Town Planning or equivalent
3. Deputy Director: Candidates must possess Master's degree in Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Application/ Management/ Commerce and Business Economics/ Economics/ Pharmacy/ Engineering and Technology/ Architecture and Town Planning or equivalent.
4. Assistant Director: Candidates must possess Master's degree in Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Application/ Management/ Commerce and Business Economics/ Economics/ Pharmacy/ Engineering and Technology/ Architecture and Town Planning or equivalent.
5. Assistant Legal Advisor: Candidates must possess Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
6. System Analyst/ Programmer: Candidates must possess a degree in engineering/ Computer science.
7. Private Secretary: Candidates must possess degree or equivalent and knowledge in Computer Application,
8. Accountant/ office superintendent cum Accountant : Candidates must possess Graduate degree in Commerce or equivalent.
9. Personal Assistant: Candidates must possess graduate degree or equivalent and knowledge of Computer Application.
10. Assistant: Candidates must possess graduate degree or equivalent and knowledge of Computer Application.
11. Upper Division Clerk: Candidates must possess graduate degree or equivalent and knowledge of Computer Application.

Pay Scale:

1. Advisor-I : The selected candidates would get Rs 37,400-67,000 + Grade pay Rs 10,000.
2. Director: The selected candidates would get Rs 37,400-67,000 + Grade pay Rs 8,700
3. Deputy Director: The selected candidates would get Rs 15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs 7,600
4. Assistant Director: The selected candidates would get Rs 15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs 6,600
5. Assistant Legal Advisor: The selected candidates would get Rs 15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs 6,600
6. System Analyst/ Programmer: The selected candidates would get Rs 9,300- 34,800 + Grade pay Rs 4,600
7. Private Secretary: The selected candidates would get Rs 9,300-34,800 + Grade pay Rs 4,200
8. Accountant/Office superintendent-cum-accountant: The selected candidates would get Rs 9,300-34,800+ Grade pay Rs 4,200.
9. Personal Assistant:  The selected candidates would get Rs 9,300-34,800+ Grade pay Rs 2,400.
10. Assistant:  The selected candidates would get Rs 9,300-34,800+ Grade pay Rs 4,200.
11. Upper Division Clerk: The selected candidates would get Rs 5,200-20,200+ Grade pay Rs 2,400.

How to Apply:

• Candidates are required to send an application typewritten on A-4 size paper on the prescribed format given on the AICTE website.
• One recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the top right hand corner of the application and be self signed.
• Envelope containing application should be super-scribed with " APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF  (SI.NO.)".
• The complete application must be sent through Proper Channel to Director (Adman), All India Council for Technical Education, 7th Floor, Chanderlok Building, Janpath, New Delhi -110001, latest by 14th November, 2014.

Selection procedure: 

• The shortlisted candidates on the basis of application will be called for interview/ test.
