National Institute of Oceanography is hiring Project Assistants

The National Institute of Oceanography (NIO), Goa, has announced recruitment for various vacant positions of project assistant inviting interested and eligible candidates to fill up the positions.

NIP was formed on January 1, 1966 and has its headquarters at Dona Paula, Goa. The focus of its research has been on observing and understanding the special oceanographic features that the north Indian basin offers.

Vacancies

1. Name of the Posts: Project Assistants in Environmental Sciences
2. Pay Scale: The selected candidates would be getting a consolidated stipend of Rs 16,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification: Interested candidates must be holding a degree in ME/M.Tech/MSC in Geology.
2. Selection Procedure: An interview would be conducted to shortlist the candidates.
3. How to apply: All eligible and interested candidates are required to fill up the online application form and carry the hard copy of the form along with all other relevant documents at the time of the interview.
