The Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has invited applications for recruitment from eligible and interested candidates for various vacant posts.
HAL came into existence on October 1, 1964.  The company was formed by the merger of Hindustan Aircraft Limited with Aeronautics India Limited and Aircraft Manufacturing Depot, Kanpur.

Vacancies

• Total Posts: 6

Name of the posts:

1. Library Officer - 4 Posts
2. Assistant Library Officer - 2 Posts

Pay Scale:

• For Post I - Rs 16400 to Rs 40500 per month.
  For Post II - Rs 12600 to Rs 32500 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• The applicants' age should not exceed 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for the applicants from the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped and other special categories.

Educational Qualification:

• The applicant must have completed graduation in any discipline with two years regular Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science (i.e., M.Lib) from a recognised university and three years post professional qualification experience in the relevant field.

Selection Procedure:

• An interview and a written test would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
