HAL to recruit Library Officers

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratna Central Public Sector industry of South Asia, has invited interested applicants for various posts- Library officer (Gr.II) and Assistant Library Officer (Gr. I). Candidates can apply before September 30, 2014.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

• Library Officer (Gr.II) : They should possess graduation Degree in any discipline (10+2+3 pattern) with two-year regular Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science (i.e., M.Lib) from a recognised university and 3-year Post Professional Qualification Experience in the relevant area.
• Assistant Library Officer: They should possess graduation degree in any discipline (10+2+3 pattern) with two-year regular Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science (i.e., M.Lib) from a recognised university. 

Selection Procedure:
Eligible candidates shortlisted based on the initial screening will only be called for written test. Candidates qualified in the written test only will be called for personal interview.  Date, time and venue of the written test/interview will be intimated to the shortlisted/eligible candidates through E-mail/HAL Website/Post.

How to apply: Candidates may send their application form along with demand draft and required documents/certificates (self-attested photocopies)  in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste (SC/ST/OBC Certificates in the prescribed format),  Disability (As applicable).

• The Assistant Library Officer shall be forwarded their application to- The Senior Manager (HR) Mission & Combat System R&D Centre (MCSRDC) HAL, Vimanapura Post, Bangalore- 560017

Application Fee: Rs 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) which is non-refundable (exempted in the case of  SC/ST/PWD candidates).  The application fee is to be sent in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of 'Hindustan Aeronautics Limited' payable at Bangalore.
