Bihar SSC to recruit graduates for Group B level posts through Competitive Exam 2014

Bihar Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announces for mass recruitment. Online applications are invited from graduates to fill 1593 Group'B' level posts in various departments through written exam, interview and physical efficiency test.

Educational Qualification                 

1. Age Limit (as on August 01, 2014):
2. Candidates should be minimum 21 years old and maximum 37 (General Male) and 40(General Female) OBC 40 SC/ST 42 years.
3. Essential Qualification : Candidates must have Graduate Degree or Equivalent from a recognized university.
4. Candidates applying for posts 03 to 05 should have a B.Ed degree apart from being a graduate and candidates applying for posts 23, 26 and 27 should be a graduate in Science or Commerce.

Selection Procedure:
Written test will be conducted for short listed candidates as the selected people in the written test will be called for personal interview.

Application Fee : Candidates of Bihar belonging from General/OBC have to Rs. 300/- and SC/ST Rs. 75/- and candidates belonging from other state have to pay Rs. 300/- (For All Categories).
