Ministry of Defence DGQA (Directorate General Quality Assurance), Mumbai, has invited applications for recruitment of Clerk, Attendant, Multi-Tasking Staff and Technicians. The available posts are General Central Service Non- Gazetted, Non- Ministerial, Group 'C' posts. Last date for application is September 8, 2014.
Vacancies
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 7 Posts      
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,900
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 27 years. The candidate should have completed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board or institution and have typing skills on computer minimum 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi.

2. Civilian Motor Driver: 2 Posts
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,900
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 27 years. The candidate should have completed Class 10/matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board or institution and have a valid driving licence of light and heavy motor vehicle and knowledge of motor mechanism with relevant experience.

3. Canteen Attendant (Bearer): 1 Post     
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,800
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 25 years. The candidate should have completed Class 10/matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or institution or have a ITI certificate from a recognised institution.

4. Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS) (Safaiwala): 1 Post
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,800
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 25 years. The candidate should have completed Class 10/matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board or institution or have a ITI Certificate from a recognised institution.

5. Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS) (Office): 1 Post
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,800
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 25 years. The candidate should have completed Class 10/matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board or institution or have a ITI Certificate from a recognised institution.

6. Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS) (Security): 2 Posts
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,800
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 25 years. The candidate should have completed Class 10/matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board or institution or have a ITI Certificate from a recognised institution.

7. Technician (Semi- Skilled): 1 Post
  • Salary: Pay Band (PB - 1) and Pay Scale of Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 and Grade Pay of Rs 1,800
  • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 25 years. The candidate should have completed Class 10/matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board or institution or have a ITI Certificate from a recognised institution.

Selection
  • Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of performance in a skill test/ written test and interview.
