Educational qualification:

1. Director (Planning & Development Division): The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a post graduation degree in any discipline with PhD from a recognised university.
2. Director (Academic Coordination Division): The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a post graduation degree in any discipline with PhD from a recognised university.
3. Director (International Division): The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a post graduation degree in any discipline with PhD from a recognised university.
4. Chief Engineer: The candidates applying fort his post should be officers of the central or state government or Union Territories or PSUs or autonomous organisation holding analogous posts on regular basis in the department or they should hold an experience of service in relevant pay band plus appropriate grade pay and they should possess a requisite qualification.
5. Chief Security Officer: The candidates applying fort his post should be officers of the central or state government or Union Territories or PSUs or autonomous organisation holding analogous posts on regular basis in the department or they should hold an experience of service in relevant pay band plus appropriate grade pay and they should possess a requisite qualification.
6. Estate Officer: The candidates applying fort his post should be officers of the central or state government or Union Territories or PSUs or autonomous organisation holding analogous posts on regular basis in the department or they should hold an experience of service in relevant pay band plus appropriate grade pay and they should possess a requisite qualification.
7. Joint Registrar: The candidates applying for this post are required to have acquired a Master's degree.

Pay scale:

1. Director (Planning & Development Division): Pay Band (PB - 4) and pay scale of Rs 37,400 to Rs 67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 per month.
2. Director (Academic Coordination Division): Pay Band (PB - 4) and pay scale of Rs 37,400 to Rs 67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 per month.
3. Director (International Division): Pay Band (PB - 4) and pay scale of Rs 37,400 to Rs 67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 per month.
4. Chief Engineer: Pay Band (PB - 4) and pay scale of Rs 37,400 to Rs 67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 per month.
