Eligibility Criteria
- Team Leader: Candidates should have expertise in Urban Planning/Management and should have strong background in project management with 7-10 years in a management position.
- Municipal Finance Specialist: Candidates should have a graduate degree in finance from recognised university with 7-10 years experience.
- Urban Infrastructure Specialist: Candidates should have a graduate degree in engineering from recognised university having at least 7-10 years experience in designing and managing municipal infrastructure project.
- Social Development Specialist: Candidates should have a master or doctoral degree in Social Sciences, with at least 7-10 years experience in undertaking social and community development initiatives and appraisals in the municipal environment.
- Environmental Specialist: Candidates should have a university degree in environmental engineering or similar field and at least 7-10 years experience in assessing, monitoring, and mitigating environmental impacts of urban infrastructure investments.
- IT cum Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: Candidates should belong to management background and have at least 7-10 years experience in monitoring and evaluating large projects and programmes, preferable in the urban sector.

- Municipal Finance Specialist: Graduate Degree in Finance from recognised university with 3-5 years experience.
