BSNL to recruit 13 Junior Telecom Officer

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has invited applications for recruitment at the post of 'Junior telecom officer' under special recruitment drive (SRD) for candidates belonging to PwD category in Haryana and Karnataka Telecom circle. Candidates can apply latest by September 5.

Post details:

1. Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) (Telecom): 17 posts
2. Karnataka circle: 12 posts
3. Haryana circle: 5 posts
4. Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) (Electrical): 1 post

Educational qualification:

• Candidates applying for this post should possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology/Telecommunication/Electronics/ Radio/Computer/ Electrical/Information Technology/Instrumentation.

Age limit:

• The candidates should not be above 30 years.

Pay Scale:

• Rs 16, 400 - 40, 500 with annual increment @ 3 per cent of basic pay
  Total emoluments: Rs 31, 200

Selection process:

• Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their performances in the competitive exam and a personal interview to be conducted by an organisation. The written exam is scheduled to take place on November 23, 2014.
