- Lecturers: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a post graduate/ masters degree in related discipline.
Pay Scale:
Applicants can draw Rs 15, 600 - 39, 100 with grade pay Rs 6, 000 per month.

To select applicants for civil service jobs in the Indian state of Bihar according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation, Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) was created. They provide recruitment by two methods:
Direct recruitment;
Direct recruitment;
Promotion
Those selected by direct recruitment are required to go through a written examination and an interview; whereas promotion is granted to civil servants through the Departmental Promotion Committee (under the chairmanship of the Commission) constituted for the same and in accordance with the rules framed by the state government.
