The High Court of Judicature, Allahabad has invited applications for the recruitment of candidates at 327 Stenographer Grade III Category C posts. Stenographer vacancies are available both in Hindi and English languages. Selected candidates will be hired under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Court. Candidates between the ages of 18 years and 40 years are eligible to apply. The last date for application is September 12, 2014.

- Salary: Pay Scale Pay Band I Rs 5,200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs 2,800
Eligibility
- For Hindi Stenographers: Candidate should have completed graduation with a diploma or certificate in Stenography with a speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 30 w.p.m. in typing both in typewriting and on computer.
- For English Stenographers: Candidate should have completed graduation with a diploma or Certificate in Stenography with a speed of 100 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing both in typewriting and on computer.
- Selection: Candidates will be selected for the posts in two stages. First, candidates will face an objective-type written test consisting of the following topics: Hindi, English, General Studies and Mathematics. Those candidates successfully clearing the objective test will be called for a Computer Typing/Stenography test.
