SBI interview schedule for deputy manager (Security) released

The State Bank of India has released the interview schedule for recruitment to the post of 'Deputy Manager' (security).

1. The interview is scheduled to take place at 9 am for some and 12 pm for the others. The interview will be conducted at "State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Plot No. C-6, 'G' Block, opposite National Stock Exchange, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai - 400 051". For some candidates, the interview is scheduled to take place on July 25 whereas for others, it will take place on July 26.
2. In order to check the schedule, the candidates are required to log in to the official website and insert their registration number and date of birth. A list containing their name, date and time of interview will be displayed on the screen, thereafter.
3. Recently, the news reports said that during the fiscal year 2015, SBI will be recruiting 7, 200 officers. It said that nearly 8, 100 of its staff members are to retire during the current fiscal. During the last fiscal year, almost 7,600 SBI staff members retired and 35000-40000 are due to retire over the next four years.
4. SBI, on the other hand, plans to issue differentiated bank licenses like a standalone payment bank in the time to follow. This, in turn, will push up the demand for human resources and banks offering better salaries may corner the lion's share from the limited talent pool.
