NIT Warangal notifies recruitment at various posts

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has invited applications for recruitment at various posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply latest by July 21.

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

1. Deputy registrar/ officer on special duty (Administration): The candidates applying for this post should have acquired a Masters degree in any discipline with at least 55 percent marks.
2. Deputy registrar/ officer on special duty (Accounts): The candidates applying for this post should have acquired a Masters degree in any discipline with at least 55 per cent marks.
3. Deputy registrar/officer on special duty (Academic): The candidates applying for this post should have acquired a Masters degree in any discipline with at least 55 per cent marks.
4. Deputy registrar/officer on special duty (Planning & Development): The candidates applying for this post should have acquired a Masters degree in any discipline with at least 55 per cent marks.
5. Principal technical officer (Regular): The candidates applying for this post should possess a BE/ B.Tech degree or they should have an MSc/ M.Tech degree in computer science/ engineering with at least 60 per cent marks.
6. Residential security officer (On contract): The candidates applying for this post should have acquired a Bachelors degree with at least five years of experience in supervising position in army/central paramilitary forces in govt. organisation/educational/ private organisation.
7. Technical assistants (On contract): The candidates applying for this post should possess a Bachelors degree in science in a relevant discipline. Or the candidates should possess a first class diploma in Engineering in a relevant field with an excellent academic record. Or the candidates should have obtained a post graduate degree in sciences/ BE/ B.Tech.
8. Junior assistants (On contract): The candidates applying for this post are required to have completed their 10+2. They should have a typing speed of 35 words per minute. Besides, the candidates are required to proficient in computer word processing and spreadsheet.

Age limit:

1. Deputy registrar/ officer on special duty (Administration): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 45 years.
2. Deputy registrar/ officer on special duty (Accounts) : The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 45 years.
3. Deputy registrar/ officer on special duty (Academic): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 45 years.
4. Deputy registrar/officer on special duty (Planning & Development): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 45 years.
5. Principal technical officer (Regular): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 45 years.
6. Residential security officer (On contract): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 60 years.
7. Technical assistants (On contract): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 30 years.
8. Junior assistants (On contract): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 27 years.

Selection process:

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the written test, followed by an interview.
