- The candidates are required to possess a degree in engineering.
Age limit:
- The applying candidates should age between 18 and 40 years.
How to apply:
- In order to apply, the candidates can obtain the application forms from the office of J &K Public Service Commission, Polo Ground Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. The candidates are required to pay an amount of Rs 500 for the same.
- The neatly, correctly and completely filled OMR sheets are required to be sent along with the duly filled application forms. The candidates are required to paste a copy of passport size photograph duly attested by the gazetted officer.
Jammu and Kashmir PSC:
- The Jammu and Kashmir PSC is consulted on following matters:
- On matters relating to the methods of recruitment to civil services and for civil posts;
- On the principles to be followed in making appointments to Civil Services and posts and in making promotions and transfers from one service to another and on the suitability of candidates for such appointments, promotions or transfers;
- On all disciplinary matters affecting a person serving under the government including memorials or petitions relating to such matters.
